An E-Track System consists of at least one track running along each side of the trailer. Sometimes there may be multiple tracks. The tracks take their name from the shape of the receiving holes. Those holes accept a locking mechanism that, when looked at from the side resemble the letter “E”.

Cargo control is undoubtedly a bit easier when you have walls to work with. In fact, those walls can be used to our advantage by way of E-Track System which is most common in modern dry goods trailers in abroad but in India it is still not available.

Minimal tie- down points and lack of adjust ability in trucks and containers can sometimes make it difficult to get a secure grip on whatever it is that you may be moving. If not secured correctly, your cargo has the potential to slide during transit which could lead to damage to not only the object, but your vehicle as well.  With an E-Track Cargo system, you have a variety of anchor points that make securing cargo a breeze. There are several attachments available that allow you customize your cargo system to meet your exact needs.

E track straps are helpful pieces of equipment to have when you are moving. Nobody enjoys the process of moving. Having to pack up all of your possessions and then stack them into a truck or trailer is time consuming and tedious. If the possessions that you stack are not arranged correctly, items can slide around during your move. This can result in damaged items. In order to prevent slippage, consider using E track straps when you are using a trailer to move. Using the E track straps, you create anchor points throughout the trailer in order to securely keep items in place. E track straps are a type of ratchet strap. They use a spring-loaded method to snap the ends onto the track and will not budge until you use the release mechanism.

E-Track Cam Buckle Strap is one of the best ways to secure cargo in the back of a trailer by utilizing E Track rails that are aligned on the walls and the flooring of the trailer. E Track Systems are incredibly easy to install into the walls and flooring of your trailer which allows you to use Cam Buckle E Track Straps to quickly fasten cargo by snapping into the e track rails.

A Cam Buckle Strap is a piece of hardware that allows for the tightening of excess slack from the polyester tie down webbing. This allows the polyester webbing to be locked into place and ready to be secured for transportation. Cam Buckles have a similar design to seat belts where the slack is pulled through by the force of your hand while the teeth of the Cam Buckle secure the cargo into place once the tie down webbing is at its desired strength that prevents cargo from becoming unsecured.

Cam Buckles are available in 25 mm, 35 mm & 50 mm width and different lengths.

Wall to Wall Lashing is another advantage when you use E-Track System. You can adjust different type of loads in single truck with the help of E-Track System and appropriate Cam Buckle or ratchet Straps.

To protect the round slings from cut while using on sharp edges Anti-Abrasive and Anti-cut sleeves must be used. There are basically 2 types of sleeves available for round slings.
1. Movable type sleeves- slide freely on sling but cannot be removed.
2. Quick Sleeve – Slide freely on sling and removable have Velcro.

Aperture angles of eyes should not be more than 20°. It means length of the eye equals or exceeds four times the area of support of the lifting hook.
